Motivational Values, Behavior & Conflict Resolution
As TotalSDI Certified Facilitators we unlock and explore understanding the motives and values that drive behaviors.
3 – Assessments:
- The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) helps people understand themselves by helping them understand the motives that drive their behaviors in two different conditions.
- The Strengths Portrait ranks how a person values and uses 28 unique strengths (or behaviors) to produce a picture of how they choose certain behaviors when working with people.
- The Overdone Strengths Portrait ranks how frequently a person may overdo the 28 different strengths. This provides insight into the costs of overdone strengths and reveals sources of preventable conflict.

Networking Event
An informal social setting where you can meet and exchange ideas with like minded individuals or those with special interests while practicing the skills you have explored.

3 Options to Choose From
Month Long (14 Day) Training
An intimate environment spread over 14 days with one-on-one coaching capitalizing on the previous segment. Everything listed above with a deep dive into personal financial literacy, plus 2 motives workshops and a one-on-one coaching session (scheduled at a later date).
3 Day Weekend Workshop
We start off with a cocktail event to get to know each other and then the next 2 days getting busy with 2 tracks designed to give you an understanding of your financial picture, motivational values and real world expectations, finishing strong with a networking send off.
1 Day Intensive
A bright and early full 8 hour day exploring your financial literacy basics, motivational motives and the ties into todays real world situations.
